WORLD H.I.V. What to do?
Discuss the possibility of solving the world H.I.V. epidemic using the methods employed by scientists in the 1970's to eliminate SMALLPOX worldwide(ex: door to door vaccination). Could it be done? Is there another solution? Should we solve the problem?
